TagsSummaryBaldur's Gate has some peculiar laws surrounding humanoid creatures and their rights. It's something that has never sat right with Gale but he's never been in a position to do anything about it. He's Gale of Waterdeep, not Baldur's Gate, he has no sway there. But moving there has opened up a new avenue for him. Even if he can't change the whole legal system, he can at least help one unlucky person at a time. Definitely. Probably. Maybe. He hopes so anyway. And he'll start with the one who has been at the centre for the longest time and needs him the most.

In the hush of night, the bloodline weeps by Mother__Of__CrowsFandoms: Baldur's Gate (Video Games)24 Aug 2025 TagsSummarySzarr Palace is attacked by a powerful order of Lathander's clerics, revealing Cazador Szarr's true nature to the citizens of Baldur's Gate. He and his spawn are forced to flee - from the relative safety of their home into the wilderness, with no lair to hide from the sun, no powerful contacts to conceal their traces. Cazador has to concede eventually and loosen his precious rules to ensure their survival. Is this the beginning of a new era where Spawn and Master might form a true alliance? Or will Cazador's thirst for power corrupt everything pure he touches? In short:
We explore Familia Szarr’s very toxic ‘family’ dynamics, under suddenly changed circumstances. All their trauma is laid bare as they are ripped out of a reality they have known for centuries. While in some a glimmer of hope ignites, one cannot bear to lose even an ounce of his control...

Yep, it's dead. by SkitstoevelFandoms: Baldur's Gate (Video Games), Dungeons & Dragons (Roleplaying Game)18 Aug 2025 TagsSummary“Yep, it’s dead.” Nathraktel wedged his boot under the side of the dead deep gnome, lifting up a few inches before letting its dead weight thud unceremoniously back down to the ground. “Gods damn it all–what did I tell you when we left?! Do none of you have ears??!” It was relatively recently before their departure that Astarion had made the rule that there was to be no more thoughtless slaughter of gnomes. And, as they could see now, it wasn’t exactly a rule that was followed diligently. OR Astarion and Nathraktel come back after Withers' party and they indeed find another gnome killed, much to Astarion's displeasure. I haven't written fanfic in nearly a decade, constructive criticism is very much appreciated!! I want to get better at this! I have so many ideas and if I don't get them out I will combust.

TagsSummaryI had a fun idea of an AU where (in true Wattpad fashion,) your parents are making you marry Cazador because you're a lady and have no rights to an estate but you have a good dowry or whatever. But of course you're going to fall in love with our favourite silver-haired vampire spawn instead!

TagsSummaryAnd Cazador has made him do that twice. Because that's his reward for bringing home twins. Gods forbid he stumble onto quadruplets. He'll wind up crying into the stone crevasse between the ovens four times instead of twice in a tenday if that scenario ever comes to pass. In the aftermath of his latest reward, Astarion has a breakdown in the palace kitchens.

TagsSummary"I'm sure there's a perfectly rational explanation for this. A pressing errand, perhaps? Delivering a message? Wandering my halls because... you admire the décor?" When Petras is caught prying—and pleasuring himself—where he doesn't belong, Gale is more amused than angry, and decides to make a private indulgence of him, just this once.

TagsSummaryTwo hundred years ago, there was something between them - something wild and burning. Cazador and Astarion seemed made for each other. And, like fire, it burned out. Or maybe... it never was love at all. Now, they are master and spawn. And when Cazador orders Astarion to pretend that they are together - just because he can - it should mean nothing. Astarion means nothing to him... Doesn't he?

TagsSummaryThe span of Astarion's life as Cazador's spawn was a harsh reality, one that had to come to an end at some point.

TagsSummaryIt’s just another day delivering questionable goods to the questionable Lord Cazador Szarr, and Dav stumbles upon quite the scene: a lust-adled, desperate, out of his mind man in a cage, whose hands are bound, and who is rubbing his swollen, puffy hole on the bars. Virginal Dav is ill-equipped to deal with the situation... except he's a bit of a freak. Shenanigans ensue.

TagsSummaryFive years after the events of Baulder's Gate 3, Astarion and Valraen have settled into their life in the Underdark, in charge of the 'spawn sanctuary.'
Life is easy, enjoyable, comfortable. Valraen worries that he has become too comfortable. That someone like him, who has done the things he has done, doesn't deserve to get off easy. And that Astarion, who has suffered the way he has, deserves someone better.

Tourmaline Teeth by SaintAstaerothFandoms: Baldur's Gate (Video Games), Dungeons & Dragons (Roleplaying Game)15 Jul 2025 TagsSummaryAfter hundreds of years spent as a prisoner confined in the tourmaline walls of a vampire lord’s dungeon, Sebastian finally receives freedom for the first time since his capture and subsequent abuse by none other than his abductor, another vampire spawn called Astarion. He hungers, Sebastian cannot think clearly under the rapture of his decayed stomach, and with this confusion, a new freedom comes with a host of challenges on what to do. To keep moving forward as a survivor, his journey will take him across realms, helping him gain new skills, rediscover ancient pasts, and give him the time to reclaim most of what he lost when his soul was taken. Learn, grow, and become powerful. Break those chains that hold him to the darkness, the gods aren’t going to listen anyway.

Ascended Astarion Rewrite by aEternallYoursFandoms: Baldur's Gate (Video Games), baldur's gate 3 - Fandom09 Jul 2025 TagsSummaryThis maintains the majority of the Ascended Astarion portion of the Astarion Rewrite. In this rewrite, I re-framed the forced narrative that left a message that doesn't make sense of what Astarion's actor had portrayed his character to be. I properly explained his personality change and his operatic persona that people often fail to understand. In my opinion, this rewrite should've been what his story should've been in the game and for the fans of Ascended Astarion, I recommend ignoring the awful writing that's present of him in place of this rewrite. In my mind, this is the true cannon story, not the unprofessional work that's shown in the game that should've been changed. The Ascended Astarion fans should follow with this story as the true cannon and reject what's been shown in the game. Part 7 of the Astarion Rewrite. Series- Part 7 of Astarion Rewrite

TagsSummaryTaking down Bhaalist assassins, being constantly reported on by the Baldur’s Mouth, and occasionally babysitting a flock of tiefling children isn’t quite the dream life for Astarion Ancunín. Eight months after the fall of the Netherbrain, he and his redeemed Bhaalspawn lover, Henri, are still taking shaky steps forward in establishing a new life for themselves free from their respective masters. When Gale Dekarios comes to visit with news of a grant awarded to Blackstaff Academy to research improvements in the lives of vampires, Astarion sees an opportunity to give back the lives he unwillingly stole from the vampire spawn in the Underdark. What kind of trouble awaits Astarion and his Bhaalbabe at Blackstaff Academy? Is this research and grant legitimate? Or is something more malicious brewing under a facade of academic knowledge and undead charity?

TagsSummaryAstarion, a vampire spawn forced to hunt for his sadistic master Cazador, has spent centuries weaponizing charm and beauty to lure in victims—until the night he walks into the Velvet Veil and meets Edith: a sharp-witted singer with a soldier’s spine and a voice that makes even the dead feel alive. When she doesn't instantly fall for his flirtations, bringing her back for Cazador turns into a unique game that he only thinks he's winning until he's too far gone to even realize his own feelings. She sees him—through the pain, through the mask. And for the first time in his long unlife, Astarion wants to be seen. This is a slight rewriting of Astarion's past, directly before the events of BG3 (and possibly during them). Imagining if he had met the original character and fallen for her before being abducted by the mindflayers, and what her backstory might have been. Using my original Tav. And what if along with the other memories the Mirror of Loss stole from her, it also made her forget she was pregnant when she left Baldur's Gate?Well, it might turn out something like this. Series- Part 1 of Taters Means I Love You
