Inspired by Beauty and the Beast.
Gustave lives in the small town of Lumiere with his sister Emma and adopted sister/daughter Maelle, under the shadow of Château Dessendre. A long abandoned castle with a rumor of La Bete roaming the halls at night. But that's just a children's story and the inventor has much more important things to worry about. Like Maelle getting into a fight, still running into Sophie around town, getting his lumina convertor to work, helping the town survive another harsh winter and keeping what ever lurks in the cold forest surrounding Lumiere at bay. He's much to busy for any fantasy story about a lonely prince turned monster, after all it's just a children's story. Right?
