“Yeah, she…she died, but it’s her. I guess I really freaked her out.”
“I believe she will come around eventually.” Monica could almost believe it when Vision spoke the words. “Captain Rambeau and her partner, Carol, would dearly love to have a child, but have been too absorbed in their work to finalize their plans.”
Monica tried to wrap her mind around that. As she got older, she’d gotten hints of her mother and her Carol’s true relationship. But her mother had never told her outright. To hear that the Maria Rambeau and Carol Danvers of this world were openly together gave her a pang.
