Because this dude who called himself Adonai popped into frame and healed Yuga's body from that aggravating and painful "Quirk" which was honestly a damn curse at this point....
However....
Yuga Aoyama was starting to feel strange tugs and desires....
Thankfully Adonai justified Yuga's sudden "Inability" to "Use a Quirk" by blasting so many people with Prophecy Quirks, Sane or Delusionally Quirk Maddened that "Yuga can't access his stuff until The Sports Festival Tournament Battles" but obviously, this was to delay people from realizing that Yuga Aoyama was QUIRKLESS NOWADAYS, LIKE HE WAS BORN AS.....
Anyway, Yuga's bizarre "Compulsions" for a lack of a better word that's been happening ever since after The Unforeseen Simulation Joint Shitstorm and after Adonai's total bro move of getting rid of Yuga's own body from that hellish "Quirk" that cooked his own guts constantly......
Why everyone kept putting Yuga Aoyama in "Quirk Counseling Sessions" for some reason.......
Yuga is Quirkless....

Despite his casual air, Shouta was laser focused. He took in and processed information in a snap. Usual things, like the visual appearance of the room he was entering, but also things unique to Heroes and things unique to cats. The room had narrow dimensions, cold tile floor, pale blue walls, a bed in one corner and a dresser in the other, and no handle at all on the inside of the door. It smelled of laundry detergent and disinfectant and the faint but unmistakable scent of blood and medicine. There were boxes pushed up against the floorboards, what looked like children’s toys, dolls and stuffed animals and coloring books, all in their original, untouched packaging. There was a little girl kneeling on the bed, fear on her face and pain written in every line of her body.

Quirks are really cool. There's so many different ones and there are so many opportunities to create new quirks. So I spent a very long time just creating quirk ideas off the top of my head. The original quirks are of my own design with some influences that will be credited. These are all free use, so if you want to use one of these quirks, that's fine by me :D
Inspiration from NotMasonPines and their work, Quirk: Catalogue. Activation requirements and Effects are heavily inspired by him.
Each chapter is its own quirk. While it makes for shorter chapters, it makes up for with a cleaner presentation.
