Summary
Her Excellency’s directives from the volume on General Operations states: “Never turn your back on an armed enemy.” It ends there, the shortest one among all volumes.
-----In the middle of the fight against the Vision Hunt Decree, General Gorou is put on medical leave and is told if he returns to the battlefield, he will be stripped of his General title and responsibilities. At this same moment, he learns of a quiet threat taking out members of the Watatsumi Resistance one by one. Whatever this strange alchemy ends up being, he refuses to let it harm those he cares about any longer, regardless of his title. Yet Gorou finds this is deeper than he could imagine, and it won't take long before enemy hands start moving their own plans forward.
