Finney Blake has amnesia. Stuck with a man whose name he never learned despite learning the man’s body, it's most all he remembers, save for bits and pieces. He knew he had a sister at one point, but he couldn't think of her name or where she was now. Up until recently, that's been all he's known. Now, though, things seem to be trying to turn upside-down when he starts having dreams and hearing phones.
Gwen hasn't seen her brother in four years. The whole of everyone around her seems to think he’s dead, but she's never truly given up the hope that one day he would come back and be her brother again. This sort of thinking gets her into all sorts of trouble when she acts on it, but thankfully, Robin Arellano decided to take Finn’s place. Though, she doesn't know how she feels about it.
OR : Essentially a what-if AU. Gwen doesn't have dreams and Finney doesn't get calls until well after they really need them. Robin lives AU too. -

Finney works in a small bookstore. He’s quiet, observant, full of routines: he opens the shop at 7:45, arranges the old books, lights a scented candle, and writes little notes for the customers.
Robin works right across the street in a loud, chaotic mechanic’s workshop. He’s impulsive, his hands always covered in grease, headphones hanging from his neck, and an energy that contrasts with everything Finney is.
Every day, without fail, Robin crosses the street at 9:12 in the morning to buy a coffee from the bookstore, which they sell as an additional service. He always arrives soaked, because he never remembers to bring an umbrella.
Until one day it rains so hard that Finney, without thinking, runs out with an umbrella and holds it over his head.
That simple gesture changes everything.
Will they be able to learn to walk under the same umbrella… even when it stops raining?

Summary
Finney Blake would forever be changed by his experience. He was trapped in the basement for two months, his only company being the ghosts of the other victims that Finney anticipated he would join. He didn’t die, though. He managed to escape, killing The Grabber and going home.
Now, he faces more challenges. High school, his dad trying to heal, nightmares, PTSD, visions of The Grabber and the ghosts, and still getting calls from broken phones. Not to mention Robin, who has been the only one that hasn't treated Finney differently but has been acting a little different since Finney came home.

Finney Blake was the one that killed the Grabber. He snapped his neck with a phone cord. He killed the man that had killed and kidnapped an estimated number of more than ten kids.
But the last six survived because of nothing more than luck.
Their lives were shifted in very different directions, and each and everyone of them and their families have different ways to deal with the trauma that had happened to them. They were kidnapped. First trapped inside a soundproof basement and victim to the disturbed and evil mind of the Grabber that has terrorrized so many more people.
But after they thought, their lives finally could be normal again, something happens.
All around Finney Blake people either die or get hurt, but all after they hurt him or any of the other boys.
The only clue a masked killer.
But who kills and why is mostly Finn the one with all the connections?or,

It doesn’t work. Finney holds the phone tighter. “It just stopped, like, completely. I can’t make it start, Rob, I don’t know what the fuck’s goin’ on but—”
A soft chuckle drifts from the other end of the line; slow and warm, syrupy and sweet in a way that makes Finney want to punch the shit out of him, but also makes something tighten and swirl low in his chest. Robin is infuriating and he’s also really hot, and Finney swears to God that in moments like these ones? He fucking hates Robin Arellano.
