Robots should not have nightmares. Robots should not dream at all. He knows this without a shadow of a doubt, but this fact has done nothing to keep them from happening. Perhaps a loose screw or a twisted wire might cause these awful memories to replay with no prompting, but his hardware and software is all in good condition. Gemerl considers it akin to torture that there is no reason for them to occur, yet they do.
