Summary
Izuku Midoriya has a very weak quirk that won't allow him to pursue his dream of being a hero. His father in an attempt to cheer up his son takes him to his labs to show him how even with a weak quirk you can still be do good in this world. In his work, Gamma Rays, he and his partner had found a way to harness Gamma Rays and use them as an energy source. Hisashi was supposed to be out of the labs that day.
Samuel Sterns wanted to use the technology to create weapons, the Hero Commission just wanted to stop him, and All For One just wanted it for himself. A robbery gone wrong and an explosion, now something has been set free in the world of MHA, and that is the Hulk.

Summary
After they learn Loki survived the fall from the Bifrost, Odin and Thor learn a great deal about Jotuns that they weren't aware of before, and they come to believe that a lot of Loki's madness stems from the suppression of Loki's Jotun nature and sexuality.
Thor was sent to Earth to help Loki. That's what he's going to do, whether Loki likes it or not. The newly formed Avengers are roped into helping out, and team bonding happens an entirely different way.
