"You can't." He rolled his eyes, as he pulled his knees up to his chest and curled up, embarrassing himself further most likely but finding it hard to care.

really not sure if this fic is celebrating fat bodies and healthy relationships with food or if it is fetishizing fatness and weight gain and the power imbalance Steve has over Bucky at the start of the fic...but it seems to develop into something positive (at least from what i've read so far).
i found the brief references to Steve feeling small and being reminded of the two's pre-War friendship interesting.
