Daughter of Sebastian Moran, Effie Moran finally had it. A completely ordinary, normal and boring life. She could put all she had lived through behind her, what her father had done to her, Jim Moriarty, the violence, the horrors, all of it. All that was left of it were the broken-up memories and bad dreams, bearable.
That was until his face flashed on the television at work, his voice ringing “Miss me?” in her ears. Her new, short lived life came crumbling and crashing down quicker than she could ever have prepared for. Now two years after his death, Effie Moran has a choice to make; She can either help bring his web down or run and hide in the hopes Moriarty’s hands will never catch her. Either option will result in the memories of her past finally boiling over the surface.
Two choices. Help Sherlock Holmes to save herself despite the risk, or run, hide and hope she can drown out her past.
