A war against a megalomaniac and his private army? This seems more like a deja-vu from Danzo (may he rest in hell). Heaving himself up to a sitting position, Harry felt pain radiating from multiple places; his nose and some ribs were without doubt broken. Placing an arm around his abdomen to ease the pain, Harry felt his hand becoming sticky with blood. But that wasn't what made his stomach drop.
Loud bells started ringing from the nearby clocktower. It took a few deaden clangs before Harry realised what they meant.
The clock stroke twelve - it was now midnight.

He was never a death eater but he was a spy. This picks up right where it left off in the summer before 4th year.
