Summary
It’s been months since disaster struck inside the Black Family home—since everything fell apart.
Now, Regulus is on his way to, what he can confidently say is a “disaster in the making”; one, that even he believes won’t last. After the last several homes collapsing, he’s just about given up on finding, what his social worker likes to call “his forever home”.
But, at some point, he starts to believe, finding his “forever home” doesn’t quite exist. Can you even blame him?

Summary
Maggie had no problem boycotting anything related to the Harry Potter franchise. She hardly thought about it unless the author popped up in the news or on social media, and she was happy to continue her life that way; it wasn't like that knowledge would ever be useful outside a game of trivia, anyway.
A magical couple in another universe felt differently, and they had no problem with flipping her life inside out to prove her wrong.
I suck at summaries. Just bear with me, please.
I own nothing but my own inventions. Unfortunately, Rowling's got the Harry Potter franchise in a chokehold, and I am just a tiny bit afraid she's going to pull an Anne Rice so I do not condone this story being used for any kind of monetary profit whatsoever. I use my old paperbacks and DVDs to write the canon-compliant bits.

“Lumos.” She whispered and the tip of her wand lit up, shining brightly in the dark like a hand-held star as it bathed her surroundings in a pale white light.
With her surroundings now more visible, Frankie was easily able to identify the moving shadow as a large, almost bear-like dog, and it was easy to see why she’d struggled to make it out before. It’s fur was black, the kind of black that looked like a void, impossible to see shapes in with no end or beginning.
But it’s eyes…they were intelligent, too intelligent.
That is not an ordinary dog, that much Frankie was certain of.

He’s a tactical politician. A wolf in army green.
But Albus Dumbledore is a military by lineage, and names carry power. That’s why Dumbledore has no love for Sirius, whose family name is the only one stronger than his own.

In hindsight, agreeing to a fake relationship with Regulus Black was a poor decision, but so was the haircut James Potter had in sixth form, and he survived that.
All he has to do is get through two months of pretending he’s dating London’s favourite scandal in designer cashmere. Easy enough, except Regulus once nearly kissed him and then detonated his peace of mind.
Meanwhile, Remus Lupin is keeping their clean-energy company running on caffeine and denial, while Sirius Black keeps turning up, breathing attractively, and making both impossible.
Between the media circus, the world’s worst group chat, and an alarming amount of feelings no one wants to name, the lot of them are one bad headline away from collapse.
It’s meant to be fake. It’s meant to be safe. But pretending stops working when everyone’s watching and the truth starts to look like something worth saying.

Sirius is trying his best to just get through life at the moment, hanging out with his mates and having the "normal" teenage experience. He's making the most out of being at Hogwarts, away from his depressing home life. But his home life can still make Hogwarts depressing at times.
Remus had started questioning certain things about himself, as if his lycanthropy didn't give him enough to think about. He was sure he figured it out, and then he developed a crush on his best friend. But hooking up with Sirius was easy, maybe a bit too easy.
Remus would happily be in a relationship with Sirius, but Sirius doesn't do relationships. At least that's what he's always told himself. When Remus gets a boyfriend, Sirius starts thinking otherwise
