“We did a couple of jumping jacks earlier, all it seemed to do was make him more awake.” Patton explained, and Remy could easily pick up on the fondness in his tone, but there was also frustration too. Remy frowned, summoning the tea in their hand, standing up, and walking over to Patton.
“Why are you the one coming over here anyway? Roman’s a big boy, he can get his own gummies and tea.” Remy said, trying to be humorous, but they immediately clocked the nervous look Patton shot them. That made Remy frown. They were usually pretty laid back when it came to the sides. They did their job, and Remy did their own. But, they didn’t like being left in the dark about what was going on, especially if it involved Roman’s sleep schedule. Perhaps they needed to go digging through his file. When was the last time Roman had slept, anyway?
