Kaz has always known she had two talents: firebending and getting caught up in her own reckless decisions.
Probably that’s why she ended up as a fugitive of the Fire Nation and part of a secret society. As long as she got to see the world it couldn’t be too bad right?
It could, especially if ones gets caught in between an angry old friend, two distrusting siblings and a way too peaceful Avatar.
-Kaz observed Katara while she stomped towards the ginormous fluff that was Appa. Then she moved her eyes towards Sokka, he was already sitting on the saddle and was holding his boomerang in what was meant to be a threatening way. She sighed and turned to Aang at her side.
“They really hate me huh?”
The Avatar looked back at her sheepishly. “Maybe hate is too strong of a word, they just have to get used to you. In any case I’m your friend now so you can lighten up!”
Kaz raised one of her brows. “We’ve known each other for approximately three hours.”
Aang just gave her a huge smile. “Yeah, but in these three hours you saved my life and healed my friends”
Kaz looked at the sky. “Bonding experiences I guess.” She mumbled.
If possible Aang smiled even wider. “Exactly!“.- -

The story takes place five years after the original events of ATLA.
What would happen if Aang breaks out of the iceberg five years later? How would the world look, and more importantly how would the characters change?
21 year old Zuko has been out at sea for the last six years, since his banishment. One day he sees a clear blue light near the South Pole. Naturally he investigates, not in the hopes of regaining his honour. That is something that he lost hope of long ago, instead he does it for the sake of his crew of misfits. Little does he know that the strange blue light is about to rock his fucking world upside down.

The shock was electric. It wasn't pain; it was simply feeling—a sensation so overwhelming it threatened to buckle his knees. The warmth, the softness of the skin, the simple, undeniable reality of another human being resting against him.
He hadn't been touched like this since he was a child, before the Agni Kai, before the scar. He had forgotten what it felt like to be near someone whose intent was not to harm, command, or manipulate.
His breath hitched again, shallow and tight.
Toph stirred then. Not in fear, but recognition. As an earthbender, she was attuned to vibrations, to the shifts in a person's core. She didn't need eyes to see the sudden, desperate tremor that ran the length of his arms.
"Hey, Sparky," she whispered, her voice low. "You good?"
The question was gentle, devoid of mockery. It was worse than an insult.

Summary
Firelord Zuko has been deemed a tyrant by much of the world. He is viewed as nothing more than a monster, a beast who devours the souls of innocent Fire Nation women. Each night the young lord takes a new bride, and by morning they are executed. With the other nations hearing of Zuko's terror within his borders, many of the world leaders comprise a plan to cease the innocent bloodshed and dispose of Zuko. In order to avoid the possibility of war, Katara has been assigned with the task of volunteering as the Firelord's new bride. In which her only task is to stay alive, and end Zuko's reign of terror once and for all. With the weight of the world on her shoulders, and her own life in danger, she cannot afford to fail.

The Gaang, Zuko, and Iroh have finally made it across the arid desert and to the great walled city of Ba Sing Se.
However, within the walls of the Earth Kingdom's largest city, things are not as idylic as they would appear, and they face challenges that they never considered.
In addition to secret police, fire nation drills, and worst of all, politics, they will run into friends and foes both old and new, including some faces that they never wanted to see again.

As tempers flare and negotiations break down after the Hundred Year’s War, the only issue the Fire Nation and Earth Kingdom can agree on is that Azula is dangerous. The fallen princess is bartered as a negotiation point and after her bending is taken, she is sent to the Southern Water Tribe as an indentured servant to help them rebuild after the war.
Fate intervenes and Azula is offered a new gift as her old life is stripped away. She sets her mind to becoming a Life Binder and Azula looks to begin a new life as the world she grew up with fades away. Becoming the Jade Sage, she finds that even with her new skills, the world is a dangerous place and her past may still come back to haunt her.
