Summary
Inspired by a scene of "Diamond is Unbreakable Retold" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C86dMMJBvTs , at 1:02:15, contribution by SUNSET LEGION).
Josuke, instead of fixing the hand of Yoshikage Kira so that it will go to Yoshikage Kira, who has a chance of escaping, instead fixes it so that Kira will come back to the hand.
...and then the rest of the scene plays out a bit differently...
