Summary
As a salmonid, I must not fear death. It is my destiny to become tasty. It is my destiny to be consumed. But I, unlike everyone else, am afraid. I do not want to be eaten. I do not want to die. But I must forget those silly fears and desires. It is not the salmonid way, after all.
One day, I shall become a true salmonid.
One day, I shall not be different.
Even if… I'm not looking forward to it.
