Tarrlok accidentally signs up for a gay hookup app in an attempt to find a boyfriend, and gets more than he wanted. Or, author writes self indulgent modern au smut just because he can.
Logically, he knows that it’s impossible to keep his identity a secret. Logically, he knows that whether on the first date, or on the app itself, it’s bound to come out. And it’s not as the world is as homophobic as it was a while ago. But he stares at the message he just sent about wanting to give Bumi a sloppy blowjob, and then he remembers that this is an app for gay hookups. Not for dates. It would be nicer if he was discovered on some other app, but fuck- he can just imagine the headlines the next day.

Summary
Tarrlok's world has already collapsed to utter shambles, but is turned upside down again when his brother asks him to join him. Yet, he doesn't think that their "sad story" should continue and takes the opportunity to try and take them both out. But things are, as per usual, much more complicated that they seem, and while Republic City Forces try to figure out the scheme behind the sudden and inexplicable disappearance of the two brothers, worldviews clash and a tentative understanding is formed.
AKA: I love angst and conflicted characters and try to bring fruit to some of the fantastic ideas and plot points of the show-runners that got left on the wayside when they made the show. Part of a bigger AU series together with PierceTheVeils where we explore what might have been if our interpretation of the potential of the series was fulfilled more.

Quatro meses após a separação, Tenzin casou-se com uma acólita do ar chamada Pema, que era 15 anos mais nova que Lin. Nove meses após o casamento de Pema e Tenzin, nasceu Jinora, a primeira filha de Tenzin com Pema e a primeira dominadora de ar em anos, desde Aang e Tenzin.
