Summary
Spock briefly visits Khan in sickbay to ask some questions about Lhin. Khan makes it plain he's very angry that she should be confined to the brig when she's done nothing wrong, and that he doesn't think much of Spock's ability to understand emotional motivations.
And belying what he initially says to Spock (hence, the title), Khan wants very much to talk about his feelings for Lhin.
