There are a couple rules one must follow in the carnival. There are the obvious ones, like no violence, but then there are others. The rules are posted outside the bar, handwritten by The Balladeer. The Assassins didn’t make much of an effort to follow these rules, as most of them were nonsensical.
Besides, they were already dead. What was the worst that could happen to them?
