Barry Allen is eleven when his mother is murdered. He becomes Sebastian Smythe at 14.
Kara Zor-el is thirteen when her world is destroyed. 24 years later, she is now Kara Danvers. She becomes Marley Rose at 15.
Both Barry and Kara have their pasts, but no one actually know their full stories. Read as characters from Glee and the Arrowverse are taken away from their lives to watch their stories and understand who they really are, underneath all the lies and masks they've used over the years.
Basically: The Heroes of the Arrowverse and the members of the New Directions and Warblers are brought together to watch clips from Barry and Kara's lives, in "semi-chronological order" (hopefully).

Oh, uh, well, that did explain it, without going into-- wait, was that a dig at that time he tried to break up Blaine and Kurt? She didn't look like she had a malicious thought in her head, but he definitely remembered that she used to be a cheerleader, they probably made comments like that all the time to insult someone, right?

The sight of Barry, so vibrant and full of life, only served to deepen the feelings he had long tried to suppress. For the first time in a long while, David allowed himself to entertain the thought of what could be, if only he dared to take a chance.
The karaoke bar buzzed with the energy of reunited friends and the nostalgia of shared musical endeavors. Barry, known to this group as Sebastian Smythe, found himself amidst a torrent of questions and fond memories from his Warbler and New Directions friends.
Trent clapped Barry on the back, his smile wide. "Man, Sebastian, it's been ages! We've missed you!"
Jeff, always one for the dramatics, leaned in. "Seriously, where did you vanish to after graduation? It's like you fell off the face of the Earth."
Nick, not one to be left out, added, "Yeah, and what have you been up to all this time?"
Barry chuckled nervously, dodging their curiosity with a practiced ease. "Oh, you know, this and that. Just living life, I guess."
It wasn't long before Santana, with Kurt and Blaine in tow, joined the interrogation, their interest piqued by Sebastian's love life—or the apparent lack thereof. "So, Smythe, who are you dating these days? You were quite the player back in the day," Santana teased, her eyes sparkling with mischief.

Barry took a deep breath, preparing himself for the spotlight once again. This performance was more than just a song; it was a bridge between his past as Sebastian and his present as Barry. As he waited for Nick's choice, he couldn't help but wonder what his CCPD colleagues, especially David, would think of this unexpected showcase.
Regardless of the song or the crowd's reaction, Barry knew one thing for sure: he was going to give it everything he had, embracing the complexity of his identity for one more performance as Sebastian Smythe.As the night progressed, David couldn't help but keep an eye on Barry's table, his concern growing with every drink he saw Barry consume. Unbeknownst to Barry, they were sharing the same space, and David was acutely aware of his every move. Despite the jovial atmosphere and the constant teasing from his colleagues, David's attention was firmly fixed on Barry, who seemed to be thoroughly enjoying his night with friends from his past.
David's colleagues noticed his distraction and didn't miss the opportunity to tease him further. "Looks like someone can't take his eyes off our favorite CSI," Officer Doyle remarked, elbowing David gently.
Trying to brush it off, David responded with a weak smile. "I'm just making sure he's okay," he attempted to justify his concern, "He's drinking quite a bit."
Detective Patterson, ever so observant, chimed in with a grin, "Oh, is that all? Or is it because Barry's looking particularly handsome tonight?"

Realistically, Barry knows that Snart owns other clothes. Probably even in other colors. Hell, Barry has even seen Snart wear a suit before, though he was far more focused on the murder Snart was attempting, and succeeding, at to really pay attention to what type of clothing the man was wearing.
That was a while ago, though, and now Snart is a big damn hero and he’s standing in the cortex in a fucking dark blue suit that looks like a designer was born just to make it for him. His legs look ridiculously long and his shoulders look amazingly broad and he looks so fucking hot that Barry honesty doesn’t know what to do with himself.
