Summary
Harry is a glorious potato living in the admiration of dozens. He has the smoothest skin of all the potatoes in the Cabinet and the prettiest spots anyone has ever seen. He is often surrounded by all the others being gazed upon and admired. Louis is just an average spud drowned in the shadows of his insecurity. His skin isn't the spottiest, nor does he have any sort of special talents. He always thought his blatant dullness wasn't worth Harry's time so he spent his days in the back corner with the other rejects gazing upon Harry with longing. Little does he know, Louis' time to shine is coming soon when the Hand threatens to take his love forever. Will Harry appreciate Louis' heroic acts or will he dismiss them?

But then the elder brother had turned on his own brother and used him to bait Josuke which really shouldn't have worked but somehow both had and hadn't at the same time because he'd landed a few hits but not any that were too bad and now he was sitting outside the house next to the guy who'd been trying to kick his ass only a little while before but whose life Josuke had just saved. Which meant…well, he had no idea what it meant, but he’d figure it out later."

Summary
Thanks to Okuyasu's quick reaction, Keicho Nijimura has survived Red Hot Chili Pepper's attempt to kill him. But Okuyasu and his new friend Josuke face even more challenges as they turn to Jotaro Kujo and the Speedwagon Foundation to see about getting Keicho rehabilitated. And once Keicho is in the hands of a rather shifty Speedwagon Foundation representative named C. Geil, things take a turn for the worse when Geil offers Keicho the one thing he can't refuse.

Star Platinum is trying to explain teenage emotions to Jotaro. Crazy Diamond just wants to hold Okuyasu's hand. And in the midst of all this C. Geil and Akira Otoishi are watching very intently for the arrival of Joseph Joestar in Morioh.

Summary
Thanks to Kishibe Rohan, Okuyasu has never been able to remember the night his brother, Keicho, gave him his Stand. He also doesn't remember or even know that Rohan got his Stand the same night and that he and Rohan have actually met before! But now that both Reimi and Koichi are pressuring the mangaka to return Okuyasu's stolen memories, will he actually do it? And can Rohan and Okuyasu actually get along long enough for Rohan to give the stolen memories back?
Meanwhile, Josuke and Okuyasu are struggling to come to terms with their feelings for one another. They've grown very close and they're attraction to each other is getting harder and harder to hide. As the inevitable battle with Kira draws near, they both feel like they're running out of time and that there may be some things they'll regret not saying to one another later.
