Karl is a time traveler who falls in love with the same man in different time lines. Making it so he has time to fall in love with him over and over again, if he can remember the man.

Even if the Smp had a hope of safety, did you really think a story as this would stay true, loss is apart of every stories. Kings fall to hubris and queens fall to vanity, that is always fate. It is tied in to the many fabrics but when a string is bent fate does not like this. The hero is a sad things, the fallen soldier is hopeless. The brother, well he is insane, why would they pose a threat. But why do these scrolls keep appearing for you reader? I felt like it
