The tale starts on a windy day, with the crunchy leaves falling from the tree. Marisol and Roxanne were chilling at the Weasley house, cooped up in Roxanne’s and her twin brother’s shared room. They were drinking tea as they spilled the tea. They’re interrupted by scabber’s sudden, frantic squeaking as the rat zooms across the room. Stunned, they both turn around. Suddenly, two letters come flying in from the weak window that creaks. Ron comes up the flight of stairs to witness the arrival of everyone else’s letters.
They all celebrate in unison. They scramble over each other’s letters, each inviting every one of them to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Driven by excitement, the three of the children run to Molly, eager to surprise her with the wonderful news!
Molly gasps at their burst of an intrusion, holding tightly to her wand as pots and pans threaten to fall. They talk and shout over each other, trying to tell a very surprised Molly too many things at once. Eventually, she catches sight of one of the letters and expresses her excitement immediately, “Oh, I’m so proud of you all! Hurry on now Marisol, you must tell your dear parents. I’m sure they’ll be pleased.”
