She never thought that she would become the Rogue Trader herself! She had thought that the worst thing that she would have to deal with was a mutiny; she never expected to find herself enamoured with an Interrogator of the esteemed Ordo Xenos.
Interrogator Heinrix van Calox hadn't anticipated that a minor investigation involving a crashed xenos ship on Rykad Majoris would turn into investigating a cult of apocalyptic proportions. He also hadn't anticipated meeting the newest Rogue Trader in the Koronus Expanse either. He thought that the Cult of the Final Dawn would be his biggest headache... how wrong he was.
A retelling and canon divergence from the Rogue Trader video game. The work starts as per the video game, with major changes happening later, while retaining the same structure.

Coincidentally, albeit for his own reasons, Mickey offers exactly the type of job she has in mind.
TLDR: Queen works at FOMO in the same office as X's day job. Her fixation on becoming X made little room for what can be considered a normal life, as she held no regard for a reality foreign to her goals of redefining the system. While she learns about the people around her, this mysterious colleague helps her discover her own future and aspirations outside of chasing a title. With it, the unfortunate duality of change and sacrifice.

This is a series of one-shots. The one-shots aren't written in a traditional way. These are a collaboration between multiple people, written "Round Robin" style - meaning one person would write a paragrah/section, then another person would pick up where they left off and so on and so forth...This made the writing of these stories challenging but fun because you have to work off of what the other person has written.
The stories that have come out of this so far have been fun, dramatic...and sometimes a little silly. So far, the gems that have come out of this are a haunting Cynthiana tale for you to kick off the spooky season, a comfort fic where Cyn takes care of a sick Ari, a sexy fic where Cyn takes advantage of the break in her nail appointments and makes use of her short nails, and a fic where we discover what happens when Ari watches Cynthia and Jonny film the "As Long as You're Mine" scene. We will be posting new stories as they come. And we WILL be including some Gelphie fics as well. Take a look to see what came out of our brains!

Eddie watches as the wolf steps closer and giggles at the wet cold feeling of his snout sniffing at his hand. He brings it up to pet through the wolf’s unbelievably soft fur and marvels at the glisten of the golden-like color even in the moonlight. “You do too, huh?” Eddie giggles, scratching behind the wolf’s ear as he sniffs at Eddie’s face. “I think I’m gonna’ call you Ozzy.”
Ozzy huffs and Eddie laughs.
“Yeah. Ozzy suits you perfectly.”

Izuku stands at the ceremonial spot sacrifices to the underworld stood on before their lives were taken to bring the jungle rain. He wasn’t supposed to be there either. His family had been blessed by the forest god generations ago, given to the Mayan as a gift, now here he was being sacrificed for his “failure” to grow new trees for the Kings men to cut down to make that dumb plaster the covered every square inch of the royal city, which is what brought him here.
The King thrusts the knife through Izuku’s gut from behind and he’s pushed into the cenote.
Izuku hits the water, pain is all he can feel. The pain of water flooding his nose and mouth, and the building pressure as he sinks further. His stab wound only made everything a million times worse.
That’s when a voice came from inside his head.
/This isn’t the end, Izuku, not be a long shot./
The next thing he knew he was surrounded by a blinding golden light and the pain was gone, and so were his legs.
/OR/
Izuku gets turned into a merman by the Mayan Gods and meets Merman Katsuki and they fall in love. Izuku’s a pining fool, and Katsuki fights him every step of the way.
