Summary
The King of Negativity very rarely indulges in the mortal need for pleasure and intimacy, normally leaving his boys to fend for themselves in terms of hedonism. That doesn't mean he completely denies himself of coition, of course. There was something so enthralling about seeing a mortal submit to him, even though his usual partner, Killer, was perhaps the worst choice for this purpose. Yet Nightmare couldn't manage to pull himself away from his little serial murderer.
However, he could manage inviting another pretty mortal to have some fun and find pleasure.

Pain flared on his right shoulder, blossoming sharply and spreading through his chest and down his arm quickly. The force knocked Cross down to his knees, and he had to brace himself with a hand so as not to collapse fully.
Uncontrollable tears streamed down his face. Cross couldn’t move his arm, the pain was almost numbing. He guessed his shoulder had been dislocated, and his clavicle is at the very least bruised. The realization made Cross’s mouth water and eyes well up with more tears.
Cross has to physically restrain from curling in on himself and placing his hand between his legs.
