The year is 201M0079UC. A half century has passed since the people of earth, Human and Saurian alike, began moving their burgeoning population into clusters of gigantic orbiting space colonies known as ‘sides’. The cluster of colonies furthest from the earth, known as ‘Side 3’, declared independence from the Earth Federation as the ‘Principality of Zeon’. January 1st of that year, the Principality of Zeon launched an all-out offensive on the Earth Federation, gassing a colony and dropping it upon the earth. Mankind was horrified by the atrocities committed in the name of independence. 6 months have passed since then.
Anon Ray, son of weapons designer Tem Ray, is once again moving. This time, alone. After a bad experience at the high school of the Lunar city of Von Braun, his father sent earthside for a ‘work conference’ for the Earth Federation Forces, and with only 6 months until he graduates, the young man is sent to Side 7. A colony far from the war of attrition currently stalemated between the Principality of Zeon, and the Earth Federation. Little does he know, the wheels of fate have bigger plans for him and those he cares about, ones that could shape the course of the Universal Century itself.
