Summary
A Delinquent Mob AU where Reigen teaches him to use his powers proudly while also being a dirty bastard. Mob, following his master's example as a jackass, becomes a gang leader and wins Tsubomi over.
Except, Tsubomi wasn't as sweet as she seemed.
