That was…not what Wade expected.
Logan was acting weirdly clingy and affectionate today. Then it clicked.
“...Bad day?”
This time, Wade got some form of a response, a small nod against his neck.
Wade softened. “You want a hug?” he asked cautiously.
Or; Logan has a rough day and just wants a hug but he doesn’t really know how to ask for one.

To say that Peter’s face fell would be an understatement. To say that Peter experienced severe suicidal ideation would be an understatement. To say that Peter wanted to fight god would be ridiculous, mostly because he was too fucking tired. He would fight god on Monday, on company time, when he was sure god wouldn’t win.
Or: Spider-Man has a terrible migraine and is forced to go out for medicine. He runs into his kind of good friend, kind of crush, Deadpool, along the way. You might think Wade has to help Peter but even a delirious Spider-Man still has to do everything around here.
UPDATE: I'm gonna give y'all the last chapter but after that, I might edit and repost the whole thing. I'm just not happy with how it turned out and I think it's because I wrote a lot of it at like midnight or during tech week (If ya know, ya know). Thanks for sticking with me for whatever fever dream this fic is because I almost didn't feel like sticking with myself
