Summary
When an encounter with a vampire empowered with a new Super Soldier Serum leaves Dawn, Buffy, and the rest of the gang baffled and worried, Dawn realizes there's only one solution--talk to the one person left who might know what they need: Baron Helmut Zemo. However, things are never easy, and they most certainly never go according to plan.
Dawn will stop at nothing to protect the slayers--her chosen family, including breaking a terrorist out of prison. And Zemo will not let his work go unfinished.
