I really love how he's fumbling through being actively fighting demons awake, being ridiculously good at his undercover job that he got scouted while he keeps hitting a dead end at his real one, being forever confused about his off beat with his interactions with Aoi, grumbling through his slaying and being sarcastic but practical.
I really love how without an audience (namely Tanjiro), Zenitsu is quiet and mostly keeps to his self.
