Summary
As a new death game begins, Etho and Bdubs are finding it hard to be working separately, and their soul bounds find it difficult to navigate the strange and complicated relationship they all find themselves in as the game continues.
While Impulse tries to forget about a past betrayal, he throws himself so deep into love for his soul bound that he soon can't find his way back up. For Joel, his nonchalant facade quickly crumbles as he realizes just how expendable he is to his new ally. For both men, their struggles with their soul bounds cause both tension and pain, so much so that they are worried they might never be the same.

Ethubs is hella toxic and Joel and Impulse have to deal with it.

It was mainly from how joyful and excited the hermits would get while talking about their experiences. Their silly pleading finally got to him and here he was now. On the actual server for MCC.
There’s something wrong though. And maybe Joel came at just the right time.

At the same time, all processes on this object slow down, from the viewpoint of a fixed outside observer, causing any light emitted by the object to appear redder and dimmer, an effect known as gravitational redshift. Eventually, the falling object fades away until it can no longer be seen. Typically this process happens very rapidly with an object disappearing from view within less than a second.
