Summary
Before Old Corona was terrorized by a certain black-haired alchemist, a researcher also longed to help the town with her passions.
Ulla loved magic. Ever since she was young she dreamed of understanding it, mastering it, writing about it, and sharing it with the world.
With her partner, Donella, it seemed like every day on the road took her closer and closer to her heart's desire. But circumstances changed and she settled down- or at least her life did. The people of Old Corona were stubborn, much like her husband. Suddenly her love of magic came at a price she couldn’t afford. And so she turned to the familiar alchemy books to find a solution to her problems, a potion that could ‘fix’ her into the perfect wife.Donella and Quirin didn’t know what to make of her new demeanor and, as he and the town breathed a sigh of relief, Donella searched for answers and her old partner.
