They're front to front like this, and the feeling of Alex grabbing at him like he’s desperate, like someone is going to march in and steal Henry from him, and Alex has no intentions of letting him go quietly? It never drives Henry any less fucking mad. He digs his teeth into his lower lip, and he can already feel the way they're kiss-bruised and flushed with blood. “Says..” He gasps, “Says that entire bloody charity event out there, Alex, Christ.”
He’s chastising him as if he’s not tightening his grip on Alex’s hair, and he knows Alex recognizes it too, if the way he’s smirking against his neck is anything to go by.
