Summary
Eli and Tretij are making their way through the empty war-stricken villages of Africa, with no clue as to where they're going, how long it will take or when this sticky, awful heat will subside. Tretij can't help feeling jealous of Eli's appearance and is growing attached to the British tween with a big mouth, whilst Eli is convinced that he doesn't care for his psychic companion.
Perhaps they find that home is more a feeling than a place...
