Summary
The Rogue One crew didn't die.
Jyn, Cassian, Bodhi, Baze, Chirrut, and K2 find themselves still alive on the beach where they should have died, somehow saved by Jyn and Chirrut. Still alive, but badly injured and with only Bodhi and Baze healthy enough -relatively- to care for everyone.
With no ship, no form of communication, and no supplies, the Rogue One crew shouldn't survive. But through stubbornness, grit, and a little bit of dumb luck, they might actually manage to get off of Scariff.
