Ahead of the 2026 F1 season, Mclaren and Ferrari tried to get ahead of the game of 2028 regulation changes to encourage women in the sport. When two seats opened up at top teams, they took the plunge and signed two women from their respective academies. Signing a girl with ties to the sport and big sponsors, and her hardworking media adoring best friend with multiple championships amongst them seemed like a great idea, but when higher ups at various teams and the sport itself begin to question how good of an idea it was, the two women find their seats, and the entirety of women in F1 going forward, on thin ice. And when one of them finds herself in a confusing back and forth dynamic with Lando Norris after a chaotic night during the winter break, their changing dynamics and looming relationship, if there even is one, is exactly the scandal administration are hoping for. Will this be a complete disaster? Is falling for her teammate, and one of her closest friends going to ruin everything, or can they avoid whatever's going on between them for the sake of both of their careers? Only time will tell...
