Remus blinked. “Why is he under a love potion?”
James shrugged. “Dunno. Could be one of the girls slipped him one, but it went wrong,” he paused, and smiled, which was an indication that he was about to make a shit joke. “Maybe ’cause you look so much like a girl, the love potion thought it was wired to you.”
“Yeah,” Sirius agreed. “Pretty like a girl.”
Remus raised an eyebrow. “Didn’t you just say I was handsome?”
“You can be both.”
“I think,” Peter said, before Sirius could say something worse. “That it’s those Ravenclaws we’ve been pranking recently. I told you they wouldn’t appreciate the thing with the riddles.”
“Or it could be that I’m just so in love with Remus,” Sirius said, bringing his arm around Remus’s back and settling his hand around the lower half of it, his fingers dipping downward. Which was definitely not appropriate for the public.
“I don’t think it’s that,” Remus said. He took a hold of Sirius’s arm and removed it from his back. “Bloody hell.”
