Chip remains suspiciously silent.
“That’s what I thought.” Jay yelps when Chip pinches her side. “Hey!” She swats at him in retaliation, laughing.
Gill smiles, that confused little one where he’s unsure about the joke but knows it’s not directed at him. Chip takes advantage of her momentary distraction, and digs his fingers into her side where she’s ticklish.Jay shrieks, and lunges for him, trying to pin him to the deck. Gill cheers her on, Pretzel chittering next to him. She can’t help the grin that spreads over her face.
