If you’re here because I’ve made a podfic of a story you’re thinking of recording too, and you want to know if I’m ok with that —that’s also a yes. Everyone’s got something exciting to bring to an interpretation and there can never be too many.
If you’re looking at this (hello!)—have *you* considered a permission statement? I believe creative work only gets stronger and richer when shared and expanded on, and explicitly encouraging further transformation of your transformative works lets podficcers and others who might be too shy to ask respond to your work in kind. And no artist ever truly works in a vacuum—transformative work expands the commons of the human imagination. No pressure!
However, because this is apparently a thing now, please don't repost my work to any other sites, archive my work without my consent, or feed anything of mine to an AI. Thanks so much!
