    Danny doesn’t say anything to correct Steve in any way, shape or form. “It’ll be fun,” he offers up.

    Or: Steve goes with Danny to Kauai, where they encounter sun, sea, relaxation, feral chickens, a James Bond marathon and the huge, nine-year-old elephant in the room.

    Anakin sees red. His fists clenches, on instinct more than anything else, but once it does he can’t stop. He indulges himself for one brief exquisite second. The delicate feeling of her throat crushing under the Force and his fingertips, the life trickling from her body. Fear, panic and pain all melding into one and then… nothingness.

    In which Anakin kills Ventress during their confrontation in "The Wrong Jedi" and is unable to prove Ahsoka's innocence as a result. Ahsoka is convicted of treason, but to prevent her from being executed, Obi-Wan calls in a favor from the Duchess of Mandalore.

    Or: Ahsoka gets adopted by Satine Kryze, which inadvertently saves the galaxy from destruction (and also causes a lot of people to fall in love.)

    Absolutely great Star Wars fic.
    Very realistic, canon Obi-Wan/Satine/Code and I love it. Very well written, with perfect amount of extra plot with Anakin and Ahsoka.

    When Obi-Wan got back from Naboo, things were...different. The Jedi council had never been so cold to him, but his friends were the same as ever. Grappling with the death of his Master and the young boy he'd promised to raise, he didn't have much time to reflect on it. If he fought hard against the rising darkness, he could beat it back and only use the light. If he closed his eyes in front of the mirror, he didn't have to see their new yellow color. If he just ignored it, it would all go away.
    Right?

    (Obi-Wan kills Maul on Naboo. This changes everything and nothing.)

    This so good, I was captivated from the first word. Definitly in the Top 5 of Star Wars fanfic and definitly one of the best fanfic I have read in general.
    While I do like Sithywan, sometimes I don't feel like Evil!Obi-Wan simply because he is too precious. But this story hits all the spots because while he is a Sith, he is still soooo good. The Promise, the execution, the writing - all incredible.
