Sanji and Zoro get into a fight. (What’s new?)
What they don’t expect is the villages Devil fruit user to intervene and blast them with some kind of energy beam.
Positive Pablo the rest of the villagers call him, but how come they were un-harmed? And why can Sanji now hear every nice thing Zoro thinks and feels about him whenever they’re near one another? Every warm emotion, every pleasant passing thought about him- and… compliments.
Sanji just thinks he’s lucky Zoro can’t hear his thoughts, because quite frankly, his head is in shambles over the Swordsman thanks to one of the first throw away thoughts on Zoros behalf and Franky’s fucking filthy comment.
He’s in for one hell of a shock. Hell so is Zoro… especially when someone from his past resurfaces, just to top things off.
And the next island? Well they arrive just in time for the festivities of a pirate long past, his essence so strong his spirit returns every year to stir up mischief and chaos all the while playing matchmaker. Sanji is starting to think the past week has been some sort of elaborate prank, and this is just the icing on the cake.

Uther would likely not refer to himself as a hero, not with the dark urge and everything that happened with Alfira. But Astarion would argue otherwise, the Paladin was good and surprisingly gentle, he just had some issues. Halsin would likely agree with him too in that regard. Though Halsin and Uther did seem very comfortable around one another and in such a short span of time…
But there was a long road ahead of them all, moonrise was their goal now after finding Halsin.Then of course everything had to come to a head when the idiot Paladin took a mace to the ribs at the Grymforge after pushing Astarion out of the way.
Astarion was pissed at the self sacrificing idiot to say the least. But he never thought his bout of anger would lead to the man leaving them all. Now he was stuck having to battle with the complexities of his emotions for the man.
Uther found Astarions words stung more because of the truth behind them, that and his closely guarded feelings for the vampire. And with not even Halsin speaking up in the silence that followed, perhaps it was best to give them all a break from him and the threat of the urge that still lingered on everyone’s minds.

Hughie ends up having an small accident while meeting up with Starlight, an accident that involves the infamous Compound V. He told Annie he was fine but was he? Was the weird off feeling he was experiencing just his paranoia as he walked home or something else? Knowing it was better safe than sorry Hughie called the only other person he could think of to keep everything under wraps and keep an eye on him. Butcher. At the very least Hughie knows he can rely on him to call him a clumsy cunt… as if he needed reminding. And he’s more than a little surprised to see the rest of the gang there too.

“Hm?” Oka was already slightly distracted, perhaps maybe trying not to openly ogle the widow that he used to have a crush on. Used to. Despite all their goofiness, Reki and Langa were always punctual and never messed up their schedules, so perhaps he’d made a mistake? It wouldn’t be the first time he’d told them one time but meant another; he had a lot going on in his head, sometimes numbers got a bit muddled at the end of the day. He clicked open the schedule on the computer to double check and while his gaze was cast down Nanako gasped.
“Shokichi?”
“Hey.” He ran a hand through his hair and chuckled softly, cursing himself because he sounded so nervous. And maybe he was.
“I didn’t know you were still in the area! We should have met up when I first got back. Small world that Langa ended up working here, right?” She was just as bright and vibrant as ever and he laughed again, a full bodied thing. It felt good to see her again.
