“So...you’re Dazai from four years ago?” Kenji broke the silence first. He tickled his chin thoughtfully. “Wow, you’re really different!”
Dazai made a non-committal noise.

"Oh," Izuna said -- delicately, while studiously reading his folder, "I'm afraid we need someone with a ... strong personality for Naohime."
"Why's that?" Hashirama replied, just as painfully polite.
The daimyo's mediator kept watching them and scratching little pointy words in his notebook.
"Because if your man doesn't prove that he's dangerous and has the personality to use it on her if she pushes him, it's going to turn abusive," Madara drawled.
Hashirama stared at him for a blank second. The daimyo's envoy stopped writing; even his stone-faced Aburame bodyguard arched her eyebrows over her darkened spectacles.
Tobirama stretched out across the table without another word to take back one of the folders Izuna had spread around him.
--
The daimyo is over the whole Uchiha/Senju war. They're going to become one people if they know what's good for them.
Madara hates it enough without having to marry a woman too.

Everything was going fine for Desmond—until he got fired from the Bad Weather bar.
So when a strangely opportune internship posting lands in his inbox, he takes it. Sure, the NDA is shady and the company seems a little intense, but whatever. It’s a job. He just wants the paycheck (and something to pad his resume.)
He doesn't realize it’s a Templar front.
He also doesn’t realize he’s accidentally radicalized his fellow interns into baby Assassins in the heart of Templar HQ through sheer charisma, spite, and casual workplace rebellion.
Abstergo doesn’t notice that part. What they DO notice is that Daniel Cross is suddenly CALM. Functional. SMILING.
Naturally, upper management is intrigued—and all signs point to the new accounting intern: Francisco Randez (aka Desmond Miles).
He’s promising, they think. Templar material, even.
(Daniel has Opinions about that—loud, violent, and also weirdly flustered ones.)
In which Desmond gets booted from the Bad Weather bar one year before the solar flare hits, accidentally becomes a Templar, and Daniel decides that Desmond is HIS intern now and that unsanctioned murder is perfectly reasonable so long as no one touches him.

"Something to think about next time you decide to sit back and do nothing."
No matter what happened, these words would forever direct Greg Veder's path, for better or for worse. But considering his new powers, it's still undecided whether that it's a good or bad thing how easily he adapted to having a 'game' literally redefine his reality. (Worm/Solo Leveling AU)

"Are you my mama?"
Chuuya freezes and tries not to visibly choke.
Am I your what? he barely stops himself from blurting.
"Dazai-san said you're my mama... but not like my real mama, just my 'for now' mama... he said he can be my 'for now' papa..."
That shitty bastard.
Atsushi is looking at him very hopefully. Ah, an orphan desperate for parents, even if they're just 'for now'.
It's really not worth hurting his feelings...
"Yeah." I'm gonna kill you, Dazai. "Yeah, I'm your... 'for now' mama." I'm gonna fucking kill you.
___
When Atsushi is deaged, Dazai drops him off at Chuuya's on his day off. In the process, Chuuya learns that there was something very wrong with Atsushi's childhood and does his best to give him the care he was missing, all the while dealing with the troubling discovery that people call him 'Mama of the Port Mafia' behind his back.
