  1. Summary

Jin GuangYao has died. His body was trapped inside a coffin with his most feared enemy.
He died hating his life that seemed like a mistake, and the end only proved it.
He died brokenhearted, betrayed, without hope.

Jin GuangYao opened his eyes in the darkness. The pungent smell of blood hit his nostrils. It was pitch black. Was he blind? Was it hell?
    Then came the pain.

The next time he opened his eyes, he found himself lying in a bed. The squeaks of ravens resonated in the distance. A face came to his view. He knew this person, although they did not meet frequently. It was an old acquaintance. A long lost friend.

    He was alive.

A new life was promised to him.
Is it a blessing or a curse?

What will he do with this new life?

    Who will he become?

How will he face the dark clouds that envelop the world of Cultivation once again?

How will he face the people who were hurt because of his actions?

Will he find any allies in the world that has forsaken him?

    Summary

Palm pressed against the cool glass stretching over the large windows in the Parlor Car, she watched the sunset-rust nebula swirling over the endless inky backdrop in tendrils, its living, breathing, colorful clouds colliding in a never-ending cosmic dance. If she closed her eyes, she could imagine a star whale piercing through, scattering them in its wake. Like watercolor flowers blooming on water. Or startled birds.

    A paper kite.

Stelle never saw herself as anything but a paper kite.

    —Singularity
[n.] Regions of space where the density of matter, or the curvature of spacetime, becomes infinite. In such locales, the standard concepts of space and time cease to have any meaning.

    Summary

Wonweek was everything Sunday hated. He was genuine, expressive, inappropriate, a teller of jokes with a boistrous laugh. All his life Sunday had built his rigid, decorous personality around that seed of exuberance. But even lacking sunlight and air, that childish aspect endured. Wonweek had grown roots into Sunday's heart, and could not be neatly excised.
