The good thing about being his assistant is that you are probably the closest to him (Well, besides Mike, but you didn’t really know the guy) which meant getting to know him more, and even if the chores were incredibly demanding and the hours long, there were a lot of non-economical benefits to the job.
One of them being Having your boss kneeling in front of you wearing a pretty little dog collar with his name on it, add some magnetic dog ears, a leash, a surprise for later to the situation and Getting a raise would be nothing in comparison.
