Summary
Eiden Vidal is a reincarnated twenty-year-old woman trapped in the body of a fifteen-year-old girl—now living in Gotham City in the year 1999. She remembers her past life, knows she’s in the DC Universe, and has discovered she has terrifying powers: she can disintegrate matter into ash, exhale and inhale ash in suffocating waves, and even turn herself into a floating mass of it.
Sorry Gotham, Batman is still training with his Tibetan monks. Guess she’ll have to make do and debut as Gotham’s first crime-fighter in years.

I recently re-watched Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, and I want Bruce to be happy for once. So, here we go. Since I couldn't find any other fic with a happy ending. I wrote my own. Enjoy!
