Summary
Six years and a war since Doflamingo was imprisoned—and nearly two decades after Rocinante's death—the two Donquixote brothers meet again.
In the deepest part of a crumbling Impel Down, the traitor reappears before Doflamingo with an offer—he gets to leave his cell, but only as Rocinante's prisoner.
Thus begins the journey of two brothers to relearn what they are to each other—hated yet loved, but family all the same.

Cleo of Giza didn't exactly plan on participating in this bloody rebellion. She's just along for the ride. Her job is to look out for her people, to make sure that they make it out alive—nothing more. But that somehow puts her in the right place to see things, to notice some of the events happening behind the scenes. To catch the moment the tide turns. And watch the sun rise twice.
