Summary
Coming back to Paris had been exhilarating, unexpected and frankly terrifying. [...] “Are you happy?”, Ziva had pushed herself up once again, looking at him with uncertainty. The man looked at her, a patient kind smile on his twitching lips. “We get to do this again”, he answered, before caressing her jawline with the pad of his finger, “We get to do this together. I am a lucky man, sweetcheeks. A very lucky man”.
Or: coming back to Paris after a summer on the run sounds a lot like the beginning of a new adventure
This story takes place after the spin off but has been written before it aired. There will be a few references but please be mindful that some of its content might not align with whatever we'll see on screen. "

Summary
What if Tony and Ziva got married... and it all went wrong?
Five years after a bitter divorce and complete silence, Tony returns to DC only to come face to face with the one ghost from his past he never wanted to summon. Ziva doesn't seem much happier to see him. But old habits die hard, including how well they work together. From there, it gets a whole lot more complicated as they try to understand what really happened to them.
The "what if" no one asked, but I answered anyway.

Summary
A cheesy holiday all about red, pink and candy hearts, things that were so typically not Ziva David. That is, so typically not her, unless Anthony DiNozzo is involved.

Summary
"Listen, you should know I've taken some kind of truth serum, so if there's any questions that you don't want to know the answer to..."
For a long moment, Ziva simply looks at him. Reads over the slowly relaxing lines of his face. How that sentence was much easier to say than the former. Her eyes bore into his and he finds it incredibly difficult to look away.
"Does that mean you would be comfortable answering them?"
It's a question with an entirely terrifying answer. Because without even thinking over the multitude of choices and the ramifications of his responses - with McGee four feet away, no less - the swift and immediate answer is yes. Dinozzo chokes on it, keeling over to take a moment to be more reasonable. Carve the answer out of granite, not loose stone.
"If it would help...with closure or...trust or...whatever."
