Summary
Religion was weird, especially when you were one of the only ones who truly remembered yours.
The Change God was cruel. Horrid, and mean. But the Change God wasn’t yours. They’d never be yours. The Change God might not be there for you, and The Universe might no longer answer you.
But at least now, you had people who would.
Focuses a bit on how the Change God treated Siffrin, and how their party reacts to that information.

Summary
“I can explain,” she rushes out, even though she has actually no idea how to explain.
“Yeah, can you explain why I found this out from a Twitter thread instead of from you?” Bobby says. He grabs his phone and pulls up a web page, then slides the phone over to Rumi.
She freezes.
It’s not some tell-all about her secret demon identity.
She looks down at the photo, taken by some resourceful paparazzo, of Jinu waving goodbye as he slips out the back of her condo building. In the background, blurry but still obviously her, is Rumi.

Five times people assumed Rumi and Jinu are together (and one other time entirely)

Summary
In the mirror, her eyes were still golden. But they didn’t seem as unnatural now. They were warm. Luminous. Like sunrise caught in glass. Like the colour they fought to turn the Honmoon.
“I keep forgetting,” Rumi muttered, “that I don’t have to hide anymore.”
“That’s why we’re here,” Zoey said, nudging her with an elbow. “To remind you.”
Or: A week since everything went down, Rumi finds herself forgetting she doesn't have to keep things a secret anymore. (3 times +1)
