‘You are.” Minho mutters, pulling a half formed heart shaped smile from Jisung but it steals all of Minho's all over again.
“The person you turn to on your worst days and the first person you call when something good happens,” Jisung continues, his eyes glazed over with unshed tears as he looks at Minho with such earnest affection that it takes effort not to be flattened by it, “Because you are that person for me, and more.”
“It feels kind of redundant to tell you that I am in love with you-” Jisung says, so close that Minho can feel the quiver in his bones, “because what I feel for you is so beyond love and desire, Min-hyung. It’s what lies at the very core of me, in the very foundation of who I am.”

As far as approaches go, well, there’d been much worse. The man did seem genuinely embarrassed by his question, as if he knew how it was going to be perceived, and he was keeping a respectable distance from them on the sidewalk, his eyes jumping up and darting between the two boys before falling back to his feet.
“I’m sorry, I’m not interested,” Minho tried to lace a little bit of warmth into his rejection, since the man had been polite, already turning on his heel to move on with his day.
The man’s eyes snapped up, confusion on his features before he shook his head slightly, eyes flicking to Jisung, “I, umm, I’m sorry, I wasn’t talking to you. I was asking him.”

Jisung hums in response and burrows himself into Minho’s stomach, breathing in deep when his nose makes contact with the fabric of his shirt. Minho’s scent, normally a subtle citrusy fragrance, is heightened today. He smells absolutely mouthwatering. Jisung can feel saliva pooling in his mouth—one slip of his lips away from drooling—he wants to put his mouth on Minho, taste him.
What the fuck is wrong with him?
The fantasy shatters. Jisung jumps back. Drags himself away from Minho and scrambles to the top of his bed. He pulls his knees into himself and refuses to make eye contact with the man in front of him. “I’m better now hyung, you can go.”

Those words wrap around him like a silk; one he's worn a hundred times. It unlocks eagerness, urges. Minho whimpers, keeping his eyes on Jisung's. He doesn't speak, he's said what he's needed to, what's required of him.
The Alpha's long fingers trace his bottom lip, Minho lets his jaw go slack, allowing himself to be open for whatever his Alpha wants. Jisung's eyes follow wherever his finger goes, "You always know what I need, don't you, baby?"
