Summary
Former bad boy Conrad Fisher thought he had it all together — star medical resident in New York and fun guy at the bar after work, but that all changes on the anniversary of his mother’s death when he decides to drop out of his medical residency and move back to their beach house in Cousins. Summary
What Crowley didn't tell Aziraphale was that yelling at his plants was a great outlet for his deep seated mommy issues, if you could consider Her to be a source of mommy issues. He would never admit it to himself, of course. But what mattered was that yelling at the plants meant he wouldn't yell at Aziraphale. He wouldn't yell at the family they were building - a family of native plants and little animals and the neighborhood kids who drifted in and out of the cottage for snacks and a safe place to sit in the corner and read. And it meant he could file it safely outside of himself. It let him take all the darkness and anger and despair and funnel it all into those blessed plants. He couldn't feel the pain. Demons don't have feelings. Demons don't have souls. It didn't matter what he felt. He was damned, after all. And he deserved to be damned.
